01 Consultation & Assessment

Before you pay a single Lira, we conduct a comprehensive placement test. This ensures you are grouped with peers of similar proficiency, maximizing your learning curve from the very first hour.

02 The Paperwork Bridge

For international students, we provide the official Acceptance Letter required for E-İkamet (Residence Permit) applications. Our team reviews your passport and previous educational documents to ensure compliance with Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) regulations.

03 Financial Verification

Once the enrollment form is submitted, tuition must be secured via bank transfer or credit card. We provide flexible payment plans for long-term courses (6+ months) to help students manage their study-abroad budgets effectively.

  • Valid T.C. Identity Card or Blue Card.
  • Two passport-sized photographs.
  • Signed student code of conduct form.

International Students

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months.
  • Biometric photos (standard for residence permit).
  • Address verification (Notarized rental contract).

We limit class sizes to exactly 12 students to ensure high interaction. Early bird students who register 60 days in advance receive a 10% discount on 12-week intensives.

Financial Transparency

Cancellation & Refunds

Requests made 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 100% tuition refund (minus the registration fee). If a visa is rejected by the Turkish Consulate, a full refund is processed upon presentation of the formal rejection letter.

Enrollment Freezing

Students facing medical emergencies or travel restrictions can "freeze" their tuition credit for up to 6 months. This allows you to resume your studies at a later date without paying the registration fee again or losing your progress.
